Terms of Service
Welcome to Valuentice. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Valuentice ("Valuentice", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using our algorithmic intelligence platform, software interfaces, and related analytical services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately terminate your access to and use of our platform.
1. Eligibility and Account Onboarding
To access and utilise the algorithmic trading tools provided by Valuentice, you must satisfy the following minimum criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your domestic jurisdiction.
- You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Australian and international laws.
- You are not a resident or national of any sanctioned territory or restricted jurisdiction under Australian sanctions regimes, the United Nations Security Council, or equivalent regulatory frameworks.
- You confirm that all personal credentials, identity documents, and verification details submitted during onboarding are accurate, complete, and up to date.
2. Platform Services and Nature of Technology
Valuentice supplies algorithmic trading analytical models, real-time computational market telemetry, and automated routing software designed to interact with third-party liquidity providers and digital asset exchanges. You acknowledge and accept that:
- Valuentice operates as an automated technological service and algorithmic software provider, not as a licensed personal financial planner or discretionary asset manager.
- Signals, simulations, statistical projections, and algorithmic outputs generated through our infrastructure are delivered for informational and execution-assistive purposes only and do not constitute bespoke investment recommendations.
- Execution parameters, capital allocation sizes, stop-loss limits, and overall portfolio risk thresholds remain under your ultimate supervision, discretion, and control.
3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities
As a condition of using Valuentice, you commit to maintaining strict operational discipline and agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, including without limitation:
- Employing reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the proprietary source code, machine learning weights, or underlying formulas of the Valuentice engine.
- Using automated scrapers, web spiders, or excessive programmatic queries that interfere with server stability or degraded performance for other participants.
- Engaging in market manipulation tactics, spoofing, wash trading, or routing illicit funds derived from money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
- Sharing your account login credentials, API secrets, or two-factor authentication tokens with unauthorised third parties.
4. Third-Party Brokers and Exchange Connectivity
Our platform facilitates connectivity to independent brokerage infrastructure and digital currency exchanges via secure Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). Valuentice does not act as a custodian of your cash deposits or custody your digital currencies. All client funds reside directly with accredited third-party counterparties. We accept no liability for the operational solvency, technical outages, liquidity deficits, or regulatory actions involving external exchanges or banking rails.
5. Fees, Subscriptions, and Settlements
Access tiers, computational execution fees, software subscription charges, or performance tracking fees are delineated clearly within your account dashboard. You agree to pay all applicable platform fees in accordance with the billing schedule selected. All software license charges are non-refundable once computational server resources have been provisioned, subject to statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary code, computational algorithms, visual designs, graphic assets, registered marks, trade names, and user interface architectures associated with Valuentice are the exclusive property of Valuentice and its technology licensors. Nothing within these Terms grants you any title, intellectual property transfer, or right to sub-license our proprietary software.
7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Valuentice, its directors, developers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, trading drawdowns, lost capital, or data corruption resulting from your use of the platform. You agree to indemnify and hold Valuentice harmless from any claims, losses, or legal liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of applicable laws.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal controversy that cannot be amicably settled shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brisbane, Australia.
9. Amendments and Contact Information
We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically to reflect legislative updates, platform enhancements, or evolving operational frameworks. Notice of material modifications will be posted to this page. Continued utilization of Valuentice following changes signifies your acceptance.
